Can I give you another picture to use?
Only if you are not here in the Valley when the photographer is here ... or If you are physically incapable of having your picture taken.
Submitted pictures must be in digital format as a jpeg on a CD or a USB drive.
Printed pictures will not be accepted.
Submitted pictures are subject to copyright laws and will not be accepted in violation thereof.
Submitted pictures must be given to the coordinator before the last scheduled photography appointment.
There is a $5 fee for processing submitted pictures.
Do I have to have to buy a directory?
No, everyone photographed will be included in the directory whether they purchase anything or not.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
If you are late for your appointment, the photographer will work you back into the schedule as time allows.
If you don’t show up for your appointment, you will be rescheduled if time is available.
If you know you are not keeping your appointment, please tell us in advance.
Can I be photographed with my pet(s)?
If the resort allows you to bring your pet, the photographer will include them in your picture.
If your pet has a favorite treat, bring some along.
The photographer reserves the right to refuse your pet if they show aggressive behavior.
When do I pay for my purchases?
Payment for directories and or portrait CDs is due at the time of your photography appointment.
(Check or Cash accepted ... No Credit Cards)
Can I buy printed copies of the picture taken for the directory?
The photographer does not offer printed pictures.
You may purchase the digital file of your picture, transferred to a CD (provided) or USB drive (supplied by you)
If you purchase the digital file of your picture you will be given a signed copyright release giving you full privileges to use the image for any purpose.
You will be able to have prints made at any photo finishing store or online business or on your home computer/printer.
If necessary, the photographer will be happy to assist you in this process.
If I purchase a portrait CD, when do I get it?
Portrait CDs will be given to you on the same day as your photography session
When do I get my directory?
If everything goes without a hitch, the directories will be delivered to the resort within 6 weeks of approval of the final proof directory.
Can I buy a directory later?
Printed directories may only be purchased at the time of your photography session.
Can I use this picture for another directory someplace else?
When you purchase the portrait CD you are given a copyright release allowing you to use the picture(s) for any purpose.

Scheduling Photography Appointments

• Schedule appointments consecutively avoiding large gaps between

• Fill one day's appointments at least 75% full before opening another day.
The only exception to this rule would be if a resident is unavailable on the day being scheduled.
• Fill out the appointment sheet with the resident's name, phone number and number of people (and pets) in the picture.

• Fill out the online-form with the resident's information to be shown in the directory.
Paper forms are provided for the resident to supply this information, or you can enter it when you make their appointment.
• Cancelling or Rescheduling appointments
Make the necessary corrections to the appointment scheduling sheet.
Use the "EDIT" or "DELETE" feature on the online appointment spreadsheet to change appointment times or remove an entry.

Use this form to post resident's appointments and enter their information to be shown in the directory.

Manage the appointments and resident's information using this spreadsheet table.
Entries are posted in consecutive order by appointment day & time.
You can change a resident's appointment time by using the "EDIT" feature.
Using the "DELETE" feature will remove ALL of the SELECTED resident's information completely.
